Roll out the red carpets, blonde bombshell coming through! I'm a sweet little formosan mountain dog mix. I was rescued from Taiwan after the terrible flooding, and I'm looking for my forever home. I am about 26 lbs, foster mom says it is great that I gained some weight because I was really skinny when I arrived in the US. I will probably reach about 40-45 lbs full grown.My birthday is approximately April 2009.
 
I am a very smart girl, I learned sit in about 5 mins. I am excellent on the leash, I don't pull and I follow nicely (I did walk on the wrong side of a tree once though, oops). I am very good at coming when you call, and know my name well. I love my foster brother and sisters, but I prefer introductions to be a bit slow as I get scared if other dogs are too in-your-face. I am curious about the cat, but my foster sister tells me to be respectful as it has claws. I am good with all people and I like to snuggle. I like stuffed toys and tennis balls are my favorite. I am learning to fetch too!
 
I am a bit shy at first, I went to the dog park and I watched the other dogs play. I join in once I realize that everyone just wants to play. I behave well in petstores too. I am learning to ride well in the car...I get a little car sick but am no longer throwing up. I like to curl up on a blanket on the floorboards. Foster mom thinks I will get better as I get older and get my "car legs" on. I like to play, but am well-behaved in the house. I am doing well with my potty training, but am not quite there yet. Oh yeah and I love treats too!!
 
If I sound like the dog for you please come and meet me, I will give you many years of love, laughter and loyalty...and lets face it...my eyeliner is always perfect!

All of our animal companions are in foster homes, so visits are arranged with the foster family. To set up a time to meet one of our animal companions, we must first have a completed application on file.
