Ferb was surrendered, because the owner could no longer provide care. He is 6 weeks old and weighs 3.4 lbs. His eye looks squinty, because unfortunately the previous owner put neosporin in it. It is not something that will be an issue and is much better now. This is an extremely cuddly and loving puppy. He just wants to sit in your lap. He would do well with other dogs, cats, and respectful children. Remember puppies are a lot of work! He will be ready for adoption on 2-3-23.
