Esther

Isn’t she cute? Esther came to us from an Animal Control facility when her time was up. She was a stray so we do not know anything about her past. She is about 8 years old and weighs 11#. As with most little dogs, her teeth could use a cleaning.

Esther is heartworm positive. She is not symptomatic, so her quality of life is not impacted. Because of her age and the fact that she has no symptoms, the treatment we've chosen requires that she be kept on Heartguard year round until she tests negative, which usually occurs after a year. We will supply you with the Heartguard to cover the year of treatment.

Esther is just a very nice girl. She gets along with our cat and other dogs. She rides well in a car and does okay being crated. All of this means that she’ll fit easily into any household. Esther is an old lady and would prefer a home without small children bothering her.

We do not know if she is housetrained, she is crate trained.

This dog's adoption fee is $165 (plus tax). This includes being spayed, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested and medicated year round while in our care.
