Her captivating eyes shine with intelligence and enthusiasm. Emiline's super cute polka dotted bib and white frosted toes make her look like a sweet gingerbread girl. This gal is clever, energetic, and athletic. She would make a fabulous agility candidate or an active lifestyle companion. Her tail wags a mile a minute when she sees you. She would love any kind of active hobbies, such as jogging alongside you in the morning mist, hiking the trail for hours and stopping for a refreshing swim in the creek, learning to play disc golf or fetch; she is up for it all. Couch potatoes need not apply! Emiline loves kids however we believe the best home for her would not have kids under 10, her nonstop wiggle butt might be too much for little ones. Emiline is not a fan of other dogs, so she needs to be the only one in the home. That way she can get all of the attention! Each day she is getting more comfortable with us." *When was your foster the happiest? What did that look like? "She loves to get every toy out of the bag and play with them." *Tell us any ways that your foster grew, or anything learned while in your home. "She was hesitant at first with her foster dad, but within 2 days they became buddies. She seems more relaxed with household sounds. She does excellent in her kennel, and she didn't have any accidents in the house." *Briefly describe your foster. What kind of home do you think your foster would blossom in? "She is a powerhouse (muscles and energy) and a little intimidating at first. Quickly you see how sweet she is. I think she needs an active household with no small children because she could easily knock little ones down unintentionally." Emiline's date of birth is 9/11/2019 and she weighs about 51 pounds. Because we care about our rescues and their future, some animals have certain new family requirements before they can be released to their new home. Requirements for adoption could include the following: • Fenced yard (required for most dogs) and home inspection for all animals; we will complete an onsite fence/home check prior to completing the adoption if possible. *Fenced yard required. (We do not accept invisible fences.) • Veterinary reference for previous pet owners (must be/have been current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention) • If no previous veterinary history, purchase of 3 months of heartworm prevention • If renting, verification with Landlord on acceptability of pets and any restrictions, pet deposit, etc. • Meet and greet with current pets to ensure compatibility. Note: We will call your current/previous veterinarian to verify that you have a history of providing vaccinations and heartworm prevention for your animal(s). We do a physical home/fence inspection prior to completing the adoption if a fence is required, or we may request a home video.
