Elvis came from a high kill shelter in Arkansas. He weighs about 12 lbs. and is a feisty little guy. He gets along with other dogs as long as he is the boss. Elvis likes nothing better than to lie next to his person and watch television. He is probably best suited to an adult home where he can get all the attention.
The ideal home would be with a retired single person or couple
who have had previous small dog experience. Elvis is neutered,
shots including Rabies and Bordetella are up-to-date, microchipped, and Heartworm tested negative. He is currently
taking once a month Heartgard and getting once a month Advantix. Elvis's adoption fee is $400 which includes the $150 transport fee already paid to get him to CT and helps to cover his veterinary expenses. He is currently in CT waiting for his forever home. Please request a pre-adoption questionnaire if you think Elvis would make a good addition to your family. There is no obligation. We reserve the right to place any of our dogs in the home we feel will be best for that particular dog.
