Elsie is a tiny 3 month old Shih Tzu mix puppy, perhaps with Yorkie/Maltese. She is only 4.5lbs and will be under 15lbs full grown. She has a lot of personality and loves being a lap dog! She has been using puppy pads but will need continued work with housebreaking. She is good with all other animals and people.
