Here is a before and after picture of Elmo. Bichons certainly need to be groomed from time to time, and the rescuer of Elmo has neatened him up. He is 4 years old. He likes to cry, gets along well with 2 big female dogs, hasn't been fixed so they are a little wary of him because of it.
He is probably house trained but he has been marking in the house because he is unneutered. He is crate trained, sits & stays on command for a short time. He seemed to pull on leash. He is crate trained, sits & stays "fairly" well, has not been neutered & has very long nails. We may be getting him neutered before the weekend. To adopt him will cost $250, which includes his neuter, heartworm test, shots, ID chip, nail clip.
