Hi! My name is Elmer Fudd! I was rescued as a breeder release dog and brought to the Big Dog Ranch Rescue to find my FURever home! I was not well taken care of before I arrived, so I've been very nervous to meet all these new people, but if you go nice and slow and give me lots of patience and love, I'll show you my sweetie side. Since I need a quiet, calm home to help me open up, I would not do well in a home with children, but I have been very good with other dogs, so another canine companion may help me feel better. My size would also make me perfect for an apartment life. I would love to go home with someone who has a bit more experience with helping dogs feel safe. After all that I've been through, I'm just looking for somewhere to rest so I can learn how to be a dog. I promise I'll be a good boy if you take the time to love me and give me all the treats I deserve (which is all of them.)
