Elmer is a 5 year old neutered male shih tzu who is friendly and engaging. He enjoys people and gets along well with other dogs.
He's house trained, crate trained and rides well in a car. He would love a family to call his own since he was found as a stray in East Toronto.
Elmer is fully vetted and has had his blood work done, is vaccinated and had his teeth cleaned.
Happy-go-lucky little fellow who loves going for walks and has a spring in his step.
