My Story

Elmer is approximately 6 weeks old. Elmer was found on the 600 block of W. Elm. Elmer is so sweet and is absolutely thrilled with all the attention he is getting. If Elmer's owner does not come forward to claim him he will be available for adoption on February 26th by the adoption application process only.
