Elliott

This senior boy just wants a warm bed and to be inside with his people. He is around 10 years old and 48lbs. He is currently living in a garage because the fosters male dog doesn't like Elliott. He sits at the door to the house wanting in with the family but only gets in the house a few hours per day. He really wants to lay on the sofa with you and cuddle. He is dog friendly and non reaction to the cat he was tested with. He does have some vision issues and can be grumpy and does growl when he feels uncomfortable so a verey slow approach is needed. He would be best in a home without kids and only one or two people in the home!!! He is good on the leash and in his crate. You wouldn't know he was there when he is in his crate because he doesn't make a peep. He takes treats gently and loves to have his head scratched. If you have a calm home and a heart for the seniors, PLEASE give Elliott a chance. He is HW positive but the rescue is paying for his slow kill treatment. ** All of our Wigglers are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, HW tested/treated, and on preventatives. Most of our adoptable dogs need fenced in yards or an exercise regimen. We require proof spanning 2 consistent years of HW preventatives for already owned pets, UTD on shots, and spay/neuter in order to adopt. Please read their description above closely.
