Hi! I'm Ellie! I'm an approximately 18 month old (as of 07/31/2024), female, Collie/Heeler mix who weighs about 40lbs. I was surrendered with my brother on 07/31/2024 because my owners no longer had the ability to care for us. According to my previous owner, I am dog and cat friendly and am crate and house trained. I am cuddly and love to spend time with my brother and my people. Although I came in with another dog, a meet and greet is encouraged if you have another dog in the home. I am scheduled to return to the shelter for my spay on Wednesday, August 7th. This is a non-negotiable and is required as part of my adoption contract. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my spay, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, microchip, and heartworm test. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
