Hi, my name is Ellie and I'm a five year old beagle mix. First, let me tell you all the great things about me; I'm a snuggler and love sleeping under the covers, I know a lot of commands and can be taught more because I'm super smart and very good motivated. I also get along with other friendly dogs and also with dog savvy cats. I walk like a champ with a prong collar and like car rides too. Now, I'm going to tell you about things I'm working on. I'm a barker, foster mom says it's because I'm a hound but sometimes I wear a bark collar because I've decided it's my job to let you know about anything that might be a threat, whether it's a squirrel in the yard or just an unknown sound. I also would not do good around small kids and prefer ones ten or older that are respectful of my space. I do take anxiety medicine which helps me. I want a person/family that understand my needs and want to help me continue my training. I almost forgot to mention that I'm housebroken and will stay in my crate and I never ever tear anything up or chew on things.
