Ellen was an owner surrender because she was very afraid of the man in the family and he was unwilling to work with her. She is definitely shy when she first meets people, but she comes around and is a terrific dog! She's about 18 months old.
Ellen LOVES to play with other dogs. She is good with cats and good with kids. Because she is so shy, it would be best if she had another confident dog in the household. And she defintely would do best with a fenced in yard for her own safety also.
She is crate trained and house trained and has been through Obedience Training. She is very smart and just wants to be loved.

This dog's adoption fee is $250 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
