Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Eliza, a spunky and sweet 10-week-old retriever mix who brings a delightful touch of sass to every moment. Though smaller than her brother, she keeps up with boundless energy and enthusiasm. Eliza's friendly nature makes her a joy to be around, as she gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. Born blind in one eye, Eliza doesn’t let it slow her down one bit. The vet confirmed she’s perfectly healthy and doesn’t require any treatment. Eliza is making fantastic progress with potty training and crate training. While she's still figuring out the leash, there’s no doubt she’ll master it soon. To top it off, Eliza discovered her love for swimming and proved to be a natural in the pool. One of Eliza's favorite things is cuddling up close, nestling into your lap and resting her head on your shoulder—it’s pure bliss. Eliza would be a perfect fit for any family that loves to play and snuggle, bringing endless joy and affection into her forever home. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs will be treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption.
