Eliot was not allowed to move to adoptions at the Lied Shelter probably because of his poor body composition (he is VERY thin) and was then rescued by th NSPCA. He is being fostered while he puts on weight. Eliot is a 4+ year old Manchester Terrier that is black and tan, neutered, current on shots, chipped, good with all size dogs, cats, and parrots! He is approx. 16 inches at the withers and should weight about 15 -18 pounds in good health and body weight. The wind was obviously blowing from Eliot's right side when his ears were suppose to stand! If you are looking for a pup to cuddle on the couch, snuggle in the bed, follow you like your shadow, easy to walk on a leash, then Eliot could be for you! He is not fond of crate time, but he is learning to like it. He appears to be potty trained, but is not left alone in the house at this time. He also knows how to use the doggie door. His adoption fee with the NSPCA will be between $100 -$150. He has a good appetite and will return to his proper weight in no time at all.
