Such a happy boy! Eisenhower (Ike for short) is about a year old and is a mixed breed dog of some sort. His mother was a purebred Labrador Retriever and his dad is your best guess! He is built like a truck! His was an owner surrender because they lost their home--very sad, but so common these days.
Ike is good with kids, cats, and loves to play with other dogs. Our cat, upon first meeting, ran up to him purring and rubbed against his face. She doesn't do that with many dogs! He was a regular at the dog park. He is very much a puppy with normal puppy behaviors who needs a forever home with time to mold him into an awesome dog! He listens well and is very smart. The staff at the vet clinic where he was neutered just loved him, gushing over him when we picked him up--they don't do that very often!He is house trained and crate trained.

This dog's adoption fee is $215 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, current on Rabies (if over 4 months old), Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (if over 7 months old) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if the fee ends in a 5).
