Egypt is a neutered male puppy close to a year old. Egypt was relinquished at a vet’s office in Colorado Springs. Egypt’s owners had him on a trampoline and he broke his leg. They couldn’t afford the surgery to plate his leg so he was surrendered to the vet and they called us. He had a transverse distal radius & ulna fracture. He has a metal plate his radius and it is drilled all the way through so that it gives the appearance that the two bones are put together. He has a soft padded bandage and will need to get rechecked and more x-rays at 6 and 12 weeks. He won’t be available for adoption till his leg is healed but we are taking applications for him now.
He's a big boy—14 pounds, with beautiful eyes, sort of multi colored. He's brown and white.
