Effie is approximately 4 months old in these pictures taken December 19, 2007. She and her two other siblings, Josh and Beth Ann, were found abandoned on a back porch in Missouri. Effie and her siblings are in a foster home that has other dogs and cats.
This is what Effie's foster parents say about her: Effie is doing so well. She is a quiet girl that is simply very sweet. She loves to be petted and stroked and played with. She also likes to romp with her siblings. Effie does great with cats and kids. She is working on her housebreaking but needs more practice. She enjoys the cold weather that we are having now.
NOTE: Because Effie and her siblings are in a foster home, a completed application is required before an appointment to see them will be made. Shelter volunteers and foster parents work.
