She was very anxious upon arrival (after being found tied up to a pole) to the shelter but has since calmed down. During outside playtime she tenderly climbed up to say hi to each of the staff/volunteers. She appeared to find comfort and smushed her face softly into their hands for petting. She was also patient and tolerant of a big, senior goofy, bully male who was very enamored with Edith and repeatedly tried to mount her. She was very lady-like in declining his advances. Edith is good with other dogs and enjoys doggy playgroups. With proper introduction and management, she could possibly live with another dog. Because she has such a soft gentleness about her staff feel she would be okay with respectful children. Please consider arranging a meet n' greet with Edith!
