Eddie Milo is an 8-9 year old, 54 lb pit mix with rear leg paralysis. He enjoys activities like running in his wheels, playing monkey in the middle, catching, and tugging with his foster siblings. Eddie also loves going on walks and attending rehab therapy at Water4Dogs. However, he has a strong dislike for cantaloupe and bananas. Eddie is a smart pup and knows commands like look, stay, touch, wait, leave it, come, heel, and down. Due to his condition, he requires special care, including having his bladder expressed 9 times a day, stimulating bowel movements 6 times a day, and being cleaned up after expressing. He uses wheels for mobility, wears a belly band indoors, and needs assistance with stairs. Keeping him well-hydrated is crucial. Eddie's endearing qualities include his excited hops and the best kisses he gives. He would thrive in a home where someone is present most of the day and with a family willing and capable of providing the dedicated care he needs.
