It was little Eddie’s first trip to the Humane Society bark park, and he scooted about the playground, exploring the nooks and crannies with impulsive flights of fancy. 9-month-old Eddie is a quiet, gentle natured, inquisitive pup whose alert, joyous smiles brightened the day for all the park’s visitors. Especially poignant were the stopovers when Eddie would come up to the human and lean on his leg while gazing up with looks of thankful elation for the bark park experience. Eddie really enjoyed a kind, reassuring, comforting touch with his human friend. The time past too quickly for both the pup and the photographer as they shared a delightful afternoon feeling of closeness and companionship.
