Eddie

Eddie is a red and white male basset who is 8 to 10 years old. He came to BHRG from the shelter in Bartow County. He is now up-to-date on his vaccinations, is neutered, and has completed treatment for heartworms. Eddie enjoys the company of other dogs and would be ok with a dog-savvy cat. He can be protective of his food, so it's best to feed him by himself. Eddie is a long basset and is a bit tall - he has a tad of something other than basset in his ancestory. He adores chew toys and will throw them around and bark and growl at them - entertaining himself for nearly an hour at a time. Eddie is afraid of thunderstorms and likes to snuggle in your lap when the rumbling gets too loud. He's working on housetraining and will make someone a wonderful pet.
