Sadly, I was an owner surrender from a woman who received me from a homeless person. I'm also a Parvo survivor!! Life has been tough to say the least, but things have been much better since TAP took me in and placed me in a nice foster home. My foster mom says that I LOVE other dogs and am very sweet.
