Ed comes to us from a Kentucky shelter who reached out about the sweetest boy who was in danger of euthanasia. We knew he had been co-housed down there with several dogs and was super dog friendly, so we were able to get him into an awesome foster home with a couple and their dog. Ed has done great and has really opened up during his time in foster! His foster mom writes, "Eddie is a sweet boy full of love who wants to play, cuddle, and be around his favorite humans. He approaches new situations with caution, so would benefit from gentle introductions. Once he gets comfortable, though, he loves walks, exploring, and toys! He has some of that young dog energy but also does well chilling during the day. His favorite days start with pets and walks, include flopping down get a belly rub (ideally more than once, if he has his say), chewing on toys in the afternoon, and cuddling with his favorite humans at night. If he gets to play with a dog sometime during the day, that is even better!" Currently, Ed is playing his days away at Doggie Do Right in Northbrook, he is living the life!
