Rescue from TX - Dutchess is a gentle and loving low-energy meduim size senior lady approximately 8 years old whose only wish is to be next to her human. She is potty trained and loves car rides. Although Dutchess is still working on crate training, she would be happiest in a calm home where it is safe for her to free roam.
It’s clear that in her past life, Dutchess was her owner’s sidekick. Her dream home is one where a human is home during the day or can take Dutchess with them when they leave. She would do well as an only dog or with medium or low energy dogs, loves men and women, and has not been tested with cats. Her foster mom Mallory Miner believes she would do great with children of a reasonable for a dog age. If you’re looking for a senior instant best friend, Dutchess is your lady!
