If you're a shepherd lover, Dupree is the boy for you! He is a small version of a shepherd, which is an added bonus. He is a submissive boy who is looking for some attention and play time! He enjoys being in the pack and is very, very trainable. He is still in his adolescence phase, but his young adult behaviors are very managable. For instance, if he picks something up to chew...simply replace it with an acceptable item. If he jumps, use a quick deterrant, and he will quickly learn to relax his greetings. On the leash, keeping him in a heal is a very easy training technique. And, most importantly, using positive reinforcement makes this boy shine! He is like a blank slate...he still needs a little etiquette training...but he accepts every cue you give him!!!
