Duncan came to us as a three day old puppy from death row. He is going to be a small dog (under 20lbs) as an adult, and has a great temperment that could be potential for a career in therapy.
The dogs in our program come with an additional four weeks of integration training after adoption. Integration training is one-on-one training with you, your new pet and a trainer. At NSC, we believe the key to successful placement is proper training. This way the dog knows what is expected of him, and you know how to communicate effectively with your dog.
