Duke is a full energy puppy that loves both dogs and cats. He's playful with good dog skills and does well at responding when a dog or cat doesn't want to play. Duke loves his toys and offers them to anyone willing to engage with him. He is fantastic in the crate whether it's at night or being in it during the day for a nap while people are around. He has started working for his food and doesn't eat until given permission as well as learning new behaviors that will come handy out in the real world. He's also learning to not run out the door unless given permission, walking on leash, coming when called, sitting and down. He definitely understands 'good boy' and is getting used to the clicker. He's not been allowed on the furniture but does like to snuggle in your lap on occasion.He rides well in the car and is doing great with his housebreaking. He has a strong personality but loves to please. He will need some direction and some established rules and will make a wonderful family pet for someone who is looking for the dog they can take anywhere!
