Ducky (the Duckman, Mr. Duckworth, Duckin Donuts...) is a certified sweetie-pie from the streets of New York with a tail-wag that never quits. We have only known him for a couple of days, but we already know that he is one of the happiest lovebugs around! He greats all new people with a wag that wiggles his whole body. In fact, if you leave for a few hours, he will great you with the same enthusiasm! He loves to be a little shadow, following the humans around the apartment hoping for a spare pat on the head or snuggle. When he first arrived, he didn't respond to any commands. But within a day, he has learned to "sit" and "stay!" He is extremely gentle, even when he is playing: he will play a little tug of war, but never too forceful, and will chew on a toy (but hasn't destroyed one yet!). He's an older gentleman, so knows how to rest, and will curl up on his bed (close by) for naps throughout the day. His joints are a little creaky, but that doesn't curb his curiosity or excitement for life. He's really so good, and will be a good fit for any home who is looking for a sweet pup to love.
