Drive (Project Homebound!)

Why Choose Me? Drive is part of Project Homebound, Athens-Clarke County's Dog Training Program! Drive was new to the shelter and seemed a little sad as he walked around the interaction pen and stopped at the fence to watch his buddy in a kennel across from us. His buddy is scared and not ready to come out, so I thought that maybe Drive would perk up if another dog was in interaction pen next to us. I got Sally, and she and Drive hit it off and immediately began running along the fence together. Both were having a great time. Drive enjoyed some pets, and even started taking treats from me after watching Sally take them. He's a nice dog who needed a friend to help him show his true happy, playful personality.
