Drake has found his forever home with the Smale Family of Bakersfield, CA with his buddy Popples!

Drake is a super sweet and playful 8 month old, 95lb (and still growing) Blue Merle Great Dane mix who was rescued from animal control after his owners surrendered him because they were moving. Drake LOVES other dogs and the volunteer kids LOVE going for walks/runs with him around the facility! He adores the attention he gets from everyone he meets, and would be a great addition to just about any home. He may be better off going to a home with kids over the age of 6, as he is a BIG, playful boy who runs around like a pup, and has no idea just how big he is. He and our sweet girl, Popples are the BEST of friends, and would be a great pair for someone looking to adopt two dane mixes!! Drake is crate trained and up to date on shots, neutered, microchipped and comes with a free month of pet insurance. Adoption fee $325

Please fill out an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. The rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.

If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit here: STOP! IF you have NOT been notified of your approval status do NOT make a deposit.
