Here is a sweet 9 year old Maltese who was given up when his owner could no longer care for him.
His owner lived in an apartment and did not get out much so Douglas is house trained to pee pee pads. This can be transitioned to outdoors with good direction, patience and praise. Although I will admit that he doesn't like the cold weather much! In any case, this should not be a big problem, we have done it many times before and can be smooth.
He's charming and sweet in personality and gets along well with other dogs and likes cats too.
Douglas has been groomed and looking quite handsome in his wool sweater. Currently in Toronto foster home.
