I am being fostered in NC, and love to play with my foster Mom and Dad and their "son", Scooter. I am a small girl and can run fast and love chasing after my toys in the back yard. I have lots of energy and am always smiling and laughing! I have a great disposition and don't believe in not being happy! I am so easy to love and I love everyone (except maybe cats....
