This dog "ain't no scrappy"! He is yet another sign of the economical times we are in. Doodle (aka Scrappy) and his house mate Smokey were surrendered to us because of financial hardships.
Doodle is coming 6 months old and will need training. He is a high energy dog with lots of love to give. Right now he wants to be a lap dog and really loves being touched and hugged. Doodle was living with a cat, so cats are fine. He's a bit confused about other dogs, but I'm guessing he'd love them too. Kids would be great for this energetic guy.
Doodle will be going to the vet hopefully next week to be neutered and get his shots and be tested for heartworm. As soon as that is done, Doodle can leave the shelter.

Remember that this is a PUPPY needing training so he will possibly have accidents in the house, nip, or tug on lead. Doodle will need lots of training to get him through all of this.
