Dixie is a sweetheart that just wants to love you and be loved in return. She was abused and as a result had her back broken. She recently received a new doggie wheelchair and is slowly learning how to get around. She will require someone with patience and the ability to care for her long term. We believe she is a medium size lab/beagle mix and is approximately 3 years old. She is good around children, cats, and most dogs. Dixie has had her preliminary vaccines, is spayed, and microchipped.
All meet & greets would need to be by appointment only as Dogs in our care are kept on a private farm in northern Mercer County and NOT at the Mercer Humane office on Eminence Ave.
