name is Dixie 1yr old spayed all shots up to date take heartworm medicine and advandage for fleas in good health housebroken Her master is in the Navy and can not keep her any longer. He has a family with a 2 year old boy and a new baby girl that is facing several surgeries. With his schedule and the needs of the family Dixie has to find a new home. She is playful and will make someone a wonderful pet. She is still learning and needs to be worked with and some training. Dixie enjoys walking on a leash but, needs practice. She does not like baths. She knows the words sit and stay. Dixie is some what shy but enjoys being loved and will warm up to you quickly. Loud noises scare her.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee is $125.
