Digby is a beautiful black lab / great dane mix who was rescued from the South LA shelter. He is tall with long legs and currently weighs 28 lbs on the way to what we expect to be about 70lbs full grown. He is 16 weeks old and very much a puppy. Although he was slightly fearful when he first arrived in his foster home (we don't think he had been inside a house before) he has settled in well and loves to play with the kids there. He is curious about cats but, due to a bad case of kennel cough, his foster mom has not yet been able to socialize him with the other dogs in the home. Digby loves to play with all of his toys and to go for walks in the neighborhood. He is crate trained and is happy to sleep there when his foster mom has to go out. Digby will need to go to puppy training class, when he feels better, for socialization and his foster mom thinks he will love it as he is smart and eager to please. Digby is much more handsome in person than in his pictures and you can meet him at our adoption events on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturdays of every month at the Centinela Pet Store in West LA.
