This cute little guy is Diesel, he's excited about everything and can't wait to get a family all his own. He's just a year so still lots of puppy energy. Diesel is like a little kid and needs somebody to teach him to be the BEST boy! Time and patience are what it takes. Diesel is a playgroup regular and does excellent some days, although on other days he can get a bit overstimated and need a break. Diesel's favorite style of play is ruff and rowdy, but he's also a fast boy who loves to run and chase if there is not someone to wrestle with. His energy may certainly be too much for some dogs, but he'd love another active dog to engage with! Animal Friends is happy to set up a meet and greet if you would like to see if Diesel's play style is a good match for the dog(s) in your home! Give Diesel a chance, it will so be worth it! Diesel is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested, and all dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption. All our dogs receive a behavior assessment before being placed for adoption to determine initial behaviors towards people and other dogs in the shelter environment.
