Diamond

LATEST UPDATE: Diamond has had such a hard life and she is so very shy. She seems to really feel comfortable and at home here so we have decided to make her a permanent member of the family.UPDATE: Diamond is back with us. She is a very laid back independent dog, not the jumpy can't wait till you get home type, which is more what her adoptive family was looking for so she is back with us until the right family comes along.

Just like over time a piece of coal turns into a beautiful Diamond this jet black girl was named Diamond for her beauty within when we first met. She was the sweetest, most gentlest dog I have ever met, but from the outside all you saw was a dirty, smelly dog with fur so matted it hung in a tangled mess all over her body. It took six hours of gentle grooming and a bath to reveal a gorgeous soft flowing coat. She had her spa treatment and has since been spayed and had her teeth cleaned. She weighs 60 pounds and looks like a fluffy teddy bear. She loves everyone but she can be a little shy and reserved. She loves her leash walks. She would make a wonderful lifelong companion.
