Dexter- adopted!

Dexter's foster mom Maya (and house-mates) have decided that Dexter is home for good. We can't wait to watch this "little" guy grow up!

Dexter is 4 months old and built like a TANK. We believe he has some mastiff in there, as he is not a delicately featured pup! He is black with brindle markings and a white stripe on his nose and down his chest. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tattooed and dewormed. Dexter is paper-trained and is a fast learner and will usually listen to commands to sit and shake a paw. Dexter has a great personality, is full of lots of energy and need to play and go for lots of walks. He is also a great cuddler and loves to nap. Dexter came into his foster parent's care after his previous owner purchased him at the skytrain station with-out thinking about how much work it was to actually raise a puppy. Dexter has missed out on some key socialization time with other dogs, and is just now learning how to interact. He would do best with a large-breed savvy owner, who is looking to adopt a large sized dog, with a mastiff type personality. Please keep in mind that although he is oh so cute and adorable, puppies are a lot of work. Dexter needs a home were some one can be there for him a lot and is committed to giving him the training he needs so he can grow up to be a happy adult dog.
