My Story

We'll be honest and say that we don't have a clue what breed of dog Dexter is. Keeshond mix maybe? The vet speculated Cocker Spaniel mix? He is ridiculously cute regardless and looks like a cross between a fuzzy foot stool and a muppet. Dexter is very friendly and outgoing and very energetic. He gets a bit talkative if you are ignoring him- he LOVES attention and cannot get enough of it. Dexter is good with dogs and not aggressive towards cats (though he may be too much dog for felines). Dexter has a slight foot fetish. He will flop over on your feet, sit on your feet, hug your feet, weave between your feet... If someone in your family has bad knees- beware! It is very easy to trip over him. Dexter is quite crate trained (even if he doesn't particularly enjoy the crate) but we don't know if he is housebroken. Dexter does not like baths but enjoys the use of baby pools.
