Dexter

Okay, who is looking for a happy-go-lucky, silly big lug who calls himself Dexter? If it's you - you've come to the right web page! Dexter is about 10 months old, neutered, vaccinated and mircochipped and oh yes, he's gone to the school of 'goofy' and passed with honours! He's a shepherd mix who is so full of fun and adventure and just loves life and everything in it - other dogs, people, cats, butterflies - he's not choosey. Anyone he can introduce himself to - works for him! He's got kisses for everyone, tail wags and hugs - whoops - hugs aren't that great when you weigh about 90 pounds and don't know your own strength! At the school of goofy, he didn't learn many "mannerly" behaviours so he needs someone who will help him find a good "school of manners" and go with him to ensure he's learning lots of wonderful new things including why it's not such a good idea to jump up on humans unless they invite you to do this and then all is good! He is house trained, needs work on leash walking (can be reactive to certain stimulus) and is as clever as Rin Tin, so his book is just waiting to be written!
