Dewey is a happy-go-lucky 1.5 year old Chihuahua mix. He lived with a family until he was surrendered because of a hip injury. Since then he’s had surgery to fix his leg and is now recovered and ready to go! He’s a sweet little dog who just wants to be loved on; he loves cuddling and sleeping under the covers. He’s also a smart, active guy who needs regular walks and lots of playtime. Because he’s young he’s still working on how to meet new dogs and could benefit from more socialization and an obedience class. Dewey would do best in a home without cats or very young children.
