Devo looks sad because he is sad. He was found out in the boondocks laying next to his dead best friend. Appears that someone dumped the two dogs off out in the middle of nowhere and left them to fend for themselves. Devo survived and is grateful to be in a nice warm shelter. He does miss his buddy, though. He is about one year old and is learning to walk on a leash. He is fairly gentle and easy going but is taking his time getting used to life in a kennel.
