Delia

Delia is an absolute angel of a dog that really needs to start the thing all over again! She's only around a year old and from what we can surmise, she was passed around to a couple of homes already through no fault of her own. Her big, sad eyes tell us that it's all left her a little leery of new things but don't worry, she gets over her fears very quickly. All it takes is to be kind and gentle with Delia, and before you know it, she's got her paws on your legs, ready to hop her large self into your lap to cuddle! Tennis balls win her over immediately too, and she'll fetch as many as you'll throw for her. Delia is smart, gentle, well-behaved, great on a leash, housebroken, and she just loves people. She had an altercation with the dog in the last home she was in so for now, she would do best as the only pet in your home. That may change in the future, once she's comfortable.
