Cats: Yes - dog savvy patient cats Dogs: Yes - takes a little bit to warm up Kids: Yes, Yes, Yes Medical: Dax has a grade 3 heart murmur Adoption fee: $550 Meet Dax!  This super sweet man is ready to find his forever people.  He hopes they will be patient and encouraging as he is still timid and unsure of new things.  He also hopes they like walks as he enjoys those and is doing quite well learning how to walk on a leash.  He hopes they like to play and cuddle!   It would be really great if they have kids because he thinks those are the best kind of people ever!!  He likes to play with them and follow them around and cuddle up with them and sleep on their bed.  He wouldn't mind if they had other dogs, he can share but he does take a bit of time to warm up to them and does not like the ones with bad manners.  He might be ok with cats as he is learning that his foster cat siblings should be treated with respect. Mostly Dax is just hoping that his forever people will love him bunches and bunches!  He is a shy guy that needs some patience and effort put in to prove to him that he is safe and sound now. He is still learning about being a house dog so he cries and barks a bit when left alone, he does settle in his crate after some initial crying.  He is learning not to mark in the house and what being house trained really means.  It will take some time to show him that car rides aren't really scary. Dax is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.
