DAWSON NEEDS A TEMPORARY FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME ASAP!!! Dawson is a male Black/Tan Shepherd mix, possibly mixed with Mountain Cur, who is estimated at 1-1.5 years of age. Dawson came to the shelter from Magoffin County. Dawson is estimated at 45-50 lbs. and has beautiful black/tan markings. He also has a cropped tail, which is what is leading us to believe he may be mixed with Cur. Dawson is just a big love bug! He is very gentle and sweet and loves to nuzzle his head into your body. He is good around the other dogs at the shelter and has adjusted well to the surrounding. This boy would be a great addition to any family and would be ideal for a family with children.
