Dawkins was rescued from a shelter in Texas and is now in a loving foster home, waiting to make the trip to NJ. Unfortunately, he has heartworm and will be going through treatment in Texas before coming north. This boy is about 10 years old and weighs 63 pounds.
Dawkins walks really well on a leash and he very much prefers to be relaxing on one of his many beds INSIDE rather than outside. He is fine with other dogs and shows no interest in cats. While walking the neighborhood, he was very friendly with everyone he met. Dawkins is housetrained and when home alone, he is rarely crated as he is very well behaved in the home.
