Dasher

Dasher has grown up here at the shelter so he is very well socialized with other dogs. He generally prefers dogs his size or smaller as dogs larger than him tend to scare him. He can be a bit shy around new people but grows comfortable very quickly with patience and treats. Puppy adoptions are $300. Most Rescue Ranch puppies are raised through our puppy foster program. Puppies will have met adults, children, often other dogs, maybe cats. Before going home, at minimum, all of our puppies will have received the first two puppy shots for parvo and distemper, and been dewormed. When they are at least 8 weeks old, puppies are given a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian. Puppies are also microchipped and registered with 24PetWatch . We require spay/neutering at 6-8 months old (or the appropriate age for giant breeds) by our veterinarian, when they will also be given their first rabies vaccine. Alternatively adopters can choose to have the procedure done by their own vet (proof required). All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.
